1. Who we are

Mantra Lombok (CV Mandalika Media Project) rents scooters, Jeeps and city cars, and operates a shuttle service, from Jln. Pariwisata, Dusun Mong 1, Kuta (Kute), Pujut, Lombok Tengah, Nusa Tenggara Barat 83573, Indonesia. All prices on this site are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

2. Booking and confirmation

Submitting the booking form reserves a vehicle and issues a 4-character booking code. The booking is confirmed once the down payment is paid. Until then the vehicle is held, not guaranteed.

3. Down payment (DP)

A down payment equal to one day's rental of your chosen vehicle class is charged at checkout through our payment provider, Xendit — the same daily rate shown on the booking form. The down payment is deducted from your total rental fee; the exact figure is always shown on the checkout page before you pay.

4. Rental fee

The total rental fee is the daily rate of your vehicle class multiplied by the number of days you keep the vehicle. The down payment covers the first day; the remainder is settled with staff at the end of the rental period.

5. Rider requirements

• A valid driving licence for the vehicle class (an International Driving Permit for foreign visitors).
• Helmets must be worn at all times.
• The vehicle may not be sublet or driven by anyone not named on the booking.

6. Damage

Damage caused during the rental is charged at cost, itemised at check-in, and settled with staff together with the remaining rental fee.
