Privacy policy

What we collect

• Your name, WhatsApp number and email address, so we can confirm the booking.
• Passport number, where required to rent a vehicle under Indonesian law.
• Rental dates, vehicle class, and the booking code we issue you.
• Payment status for your down payment. We never see or store your card or bank details.

Why we collect it

To fulfil the rental contract, to contact you about your booking, and to meet our legal record-keeping obligations. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

• Xendit — our payment provider. They process your down payment and hold the card or bank details we never receive.
• Supabase— our database and authentication provider, which stores this site's data.
• The rental property you booked with, so its staff can hand you the vehicle.

How long we keep it

Booking and payment records are retained for as long as required for tax and dispute resolution. Activity logs are purged automatically on a schedule each property sets.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us. We will respond within 30 days. Deletion requests cannot remove records we are legally required to keep.

Cookies

We set a session cookie so staff can stay signed in, and a language preference cookie on the landing page. There are no third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
