Demo Property — Vehicle Rental Terms & Conditions
Please read the full terms before booking.
- PRICING & PAYMENT
- The rental price is the agreed daily rate for your vehicle, as shown on your booking. Rates vary by vehicle type and class.
- Walk-in rentals (booked at the counter via QR code) are payable in full at the end of the rental period. Online bookings (submitted through our website) require a deposit equivalent to one day's rental rate to secure the reservation. The remaining balance is due upon check-in.
- RENTAL PERIOD
- Rental days are counted by calendar date, not by 24-hour period. Vehicles returned before 11:00 AM will not be charged for that date. Returns at or after 11:00 AM will incur a full day's charge.
- RENTER RESPONSIBILITY
- The rented vehicle is under the renter's full responsibility from the moment of pick-up until the keys are returned.
- Our vehicles are not insured. We strongly recommend renters carry their own travel or personal liability insurance that covers vehicle rental. The renter acknowledges they have been advised of this recommendation.
- Any damage to or loss of the vehicle — including theft — is the renter's responsibility to repair or replace. The renter may choose a qualified mechanic to carry out repairs or may pay the assessed cost directly to the vehicle owner, up to the vehicle's fair market value. All charges will be itemized and invoiced separately.
- WHAT IS NOT COVERED
- The renter is not liable for loss or damage caused by events beyond reasonable control — including natural disasters, civil unrest, or extreme weather — provided the renter has taken reasonable care to protect the vehicle.
- PROHIBITED USE
- The following uses are strictly prohibited: operation by anyone other than the registered renter, sub-rental to third parties, racing or competition, and use outside the island of Lombok without prior written consent.
- Off-road riding is prohibited on vehicles not designed for off-road use. For dirt bikes and trail motorcycles, off-road riding is permitted only on established trails and unpaved public roads — riding on sand dunes, beaches, riverbeds, or private land without permission is not covered.
- CANCELLATION
- Deposits are non-refundable for no-show.
- For cancellations by the renter: full refund is provided if cancellation is made more than 48 hours before the rental start date. Cancellations within 48 hours may receive a refund minus payment-provider fees. See our refund policy for details.
- If the operator is unable to fulfil the booking due to vehicle unavailability or other operational reasons, the full deposit will be refunded within 3–5 business days.
- KEYS, HELMETS & BREAKDOWNS
- Lost or damaged keys will be charged at replacement cost.
- For motorcycle rentals, helmets are provided complimentary. Lost or damaged helmets are charged at Rp 150,000 per unit.
- In the event of a breakdown or lost key, please do not leave the vehicle unattended. Contact us immediately and we will arrange assistance.
